The Service is provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service.
This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Alabama USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
