Account Deletion Process

In compliance with data privacy regulations, Sensor Easy provides the following process for requesting the deletion of your account:

1. Send an Email: Compose an email to contact@sensoreasy.com with the subject "request of account deletion."
2. Receive Confirmation: We will send a confirmation email to your registered email address to verify your request.
3. Validate Removal: Upon your validation of the removal, we will proceed to delete your data.
4. Completion Time: The entire process will be completed within 30 days from the date of your initial request.
5. Or from the mobile app From the mobile app tap the profile icon, tap "Delete account", tap "Delete"

Data Types and Retention

We will delete the following types of data associated to your account:

• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Phone number
• Password

The data associated with your account will be kept during 30 days after the account deletion.
